Well hello there. I'm Reed. Welcome to my site! So I am what some consider to be a "channel" of healing energy. The analogy I like to use is that I'm like a magnifying glass. Just like the magnifying glass takes the suns energy and can focus it to a finite point and create immense heat. I too take the energy that's all around us and focus it to finite points on my patient's body. I am harnessing the "Universal Energy" and channeling it to specific locations on the body that are out of balance or unwell. I am what they refer to in the field as a level 3 Reiki practitioner. Also known as a Reiki Master, the highest title in my practice. I have been doing this kind of energy healing for over 21 years, and have dedicated it as my life's work.

What is Reiki ?

Reiki is a spiritual healing art with its roots in Japanese origin. The word Reiki comes from the Japanese word (Rei) which means “Universal Life” and (Ki) which means “Energy”. Reiki is not affiliated with any particular religion or religious practice. It is not massage nor is it based on belief or suggestion. It is a subtle and effective form of energy work using spiritually guided life force energy.

Reiki is the life energy that flows through all living things. Reiki Practitioners understand that everyone has the ability to connect with their own healing energy and use it to strengthen energy in themselves and help others. It is believed that a person’s “ki” or energy should be strong and free flowing. When this is true a person’s body and mind is in a positive state of health. When the energy becomes weak or blocked it could lead to symptoms of physical or emotional imbalance.

A Reiki session can help ease tension and stress and can help support the body to facilitate an environment for healing on all levels – physical, mental, and emotional. A session is pleasant and relaxing and is often utilized for one’s personal wellness.

Human beings are like batteries. We get low and need to be recharged from time to time. That's where I come in and recharge the proverbial battery and realign any energies that may be imbalanced in your system.

Human beings are also multi-dimensional. I believe in treating all aspects of a person as part of my protocol. I focus on the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual elements to provide a well rounded approach to treatment.

An often overlooked part of a person’s health is the spiritual energy component. A lot of peoples illness arise from a problem that originates from an energetic imbalance. Most people think it’s only a physical problem and never address the root cause. The physical body always mirrors what is happening within a person. Once the energetic imbalance is re-aligned the physical body follows.
